Kimo IPTV provides paid, time-limited access to an internet-delivered television and digital entertainment subscription service.
All prices are displayed in euros (€). The customer selects the subscription duration and the number of simultaneous connections before payment.
Single-Connection Subscriptions
A single-connection subscription allows one device to use the Service at a time.

What the Customer Pays For
The customer pays for digital access to the Kimo IPTV subscription service for the selected period and number of connections.
Depending on the selected package, the subscription may provide access to:
- Live television channels.
- Movies and series available on demand.
- Electronic program information where available.
- Compatible streaming access through supported devices and applications.
- Setup assistance and customer support.
The availability of specific channels, programs, features, and on-demand content may change because of updates, maintenance, regional limitations, or other operational requirements.
What Is Not Included
The subscription does not include:
- An internet connection.
- A television, phone, computer, or streaming device.
- Charges for third-party applications.
- More simultaneous connections than included in the purchased package.
Activation and Delivery
Following confirmed payment, subscription access details are normally delivered to the email address or contact information supplied with the order within 24 hours.
The customer must provide correct contact information and use a compatible device, application, and stable internet connection.
Renewal
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. The customer must place a new order to renew or extend the subscription.
Payments
The final subscription, duration, number of connections, currency, and total amount are displayed before payment is confirmed.
The customer’s bank or payment provider may apply separate currency-conversion or transaction charges.
